Our team at Creativiva is quickly expanding, and we are interested in hiring
an Operations Assistant,

who under the supervision of the Executive Producer and Project Manager, will be required to carry out the following tasks related to operations, project  management, international business development, global entertainment industry market research, and show business in general.

Primary areas of responsibility:

Working closely with our Executive Director and Business Development Team

Conduct international market researches;

Creating and maintaining databases & project documents;

International entertainment industry market analysis;


Preparing presentations and company proposals;

Emailing and calling acquisition;


RFP's preparations and communication with potential suppliers;

Preparing proposals and project concepts;

Preparing operational plans and timelines;

Proofing and editing documents and presentations for projects;


Developing action plans and timetables;


Manage social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, etc.);



Requirements:

Passion for the arts, performing arts and show biz industry is an absolute must;

An interest in entertainment industry research, entertainment, production, touring, project management and or events industries;

Previous experience conducting research, project administration, event management, or other related work;
General knowledge of the entertainment industry;
A sense of ownership and responsibility over the work you produce;
A growth mindset and willingness to learn from and teach others, responding well to feedback;
Demonstrated strong attention to detail;
Ability to multitask;
Excellent interpersonal skills;

Strong communication skills both written and oral;
Fluency in English, both spoken and written;
Superior research, record-keeping, and administrative skills;
Ability to work independently with short deadlines and in a busy environment;
Team player attitude;
Must be eligible to work in Canada

This position is for 5 days a week  Monday to Friday (9 am - 5 pm), Toronto West. 
This is a term contract position for 12 months with the possibility of extension and growth within the organization.
