Job Description

Your job is to help implement digital strategy. You will follow schedules, help populate the content calendar, gather content, schedule posts and keep an always-on listening approach to the different artist and business communities and flag information as needed to the team. You will work hand in hand with the Marketing Team, Managers, and Digital Strategist to assist multiple artists in supporting campaigns at different levels and stages that will include ensuring each voice is clear and defined within their chosen channels.
 

Requirements:

• Excellent writing skills and a clear understanding of approach and language across multiple social
media channels; Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, Spotify, etc.
• Understanding and experience in social media tools such as; Hootsuite, Buffer, Spotify Fan Insights, and more
• Understanding and experience in editing tools such as; Photoshop. Illustrator, iMovie, Canva, etc.
• Degree or working towards one in marketing, communications or the equivalent in experience 
• Must understand and embrace the always-on philosophy
• Blogger and influencer relationships in culture and entertainment would be a plus*

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Schedule posts on all social media channels and post on demand as needed.
• Listening to channels and reporting issues to Digital Strategist
• Helping create and populate content calendars
• Pitch ideas and strategies to engage & grow online communities
• Monitor conversations and escalate things to management when needed
• Research for our artists and business to help keep on top of trends and new platforms
• Clear understanding of how to leverage socials – tagging, upload formats, SEO, etc.
• Respond and engage to communities in real time
• Help with any digital reporting needed for Strategist and Marketing team to help campaigns/planning
