Job Description

We are proud to be Canadian apparel manufacturer and winner of “Business of the Year” by the Toronto Board of Trade.

Do you love dealing with people? Energetic? Passion for costumes and providing fabulous service? We are looking for someone with the following requirements and skills to join our team of awesome Customer Service costume specialists!

Responsibilities:
• Provide a high level of Customer Service
• Communicate clearly, precisely and in a friendly manner
• Administrative Support
• Respond in a timely and efficient manner to incoming inquiries via telephone and email
• Dealing with customer inquiries and requests with effectiveness and enthusiasm
• Promote and sell our products and services that directly impact the profitability of the company
• Process orders and assist clients in the ordering process
• Pack and Ship orders
• Collect sell through reports
• Provide analysis on top selling products and sizes for production planning
• Maintain and update, National contact lists
• Work cross departmentally as required to assist in finding solutions to any challenge that may present itself


Requirements:
• Must have a College/University Diploma
• Must have excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English, French an asset
• Must have excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Motivated to learn and consistently take initiative in a growing company
• Professional attitude with excellent attendance record
• Works well in a team environment
• Well-developed telephone etiquette and rapport building skills.
• Friendly and inviting personality

Skills:
• Highly organized and ability to work in a fast paced environment and work well under pressure
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Detailed orientated
• Knowledge in Social Media (Facebook, Instagram)
