Organization Description

Urban Capers Scavenger Hunts

At Urban Capers Scavenger Hunts, our mission is to create excellent, entertaining, educating, sometimes tough but always fun SCAVENGER HUNTS. Our hunts fall into two main categories.

Cultural, historical and/or culinary exploration of a neighbourhood:  Working in small groups, players are hunting down Toronto’s history and folklore, architecture and public art, all with a bit of tongue in cheek humour thrown in. At each stop, teams must find an interesting piece of history and answer a tricky question.

Murder Mystery Scavenger Hunts at cultural destinations, either the Royal Ontario Museum or The Distillery District: Players receive a list of suspects and a clue book, and must scour the curated displays deciphering clues which will lead them to whodunit, where and with what - and the motive.
People sign up for our scavenger hunts for entertainment; school groups come for education; corporate groups take part for team-building. What they ALL have in common is FUN.
