DIRECTOR OF MARKETING - coordinates a strategy to promote productions and public events at Alumnae Theatre to the public and media. She is responsible for the public website. Her marketing team is a Marketing Coordinator or Audience Development Manager (one of whom may be on a short term, part-time contract) and several members who volunteer in different areas of the marketing effort.
The Board meets online once monthly. The term is one year with the option of unlimited renewals. The Director of Marketing will regularly support her team of volunteers as they implement the marketing and audience development strategies.

Alumnae Theatre Company, established in 1918 by women theatre artists seeking equity in the theatre is 99% volunteer run. We produce festivals, productions and workshops. We provide training in all aspects of theatre. With the support of 250 volunteers of all genders, we present over 80 of our own performances annually, managing the historically-designated former firehall at Parliament and King St in Toronto and renting our two theatres to nearly 20 other performing arts groups. All women with an interest in theatre are welcome to take leadership roles by becoming members.
