Description:

Orfe EcoArt Program is an experiential ecological art program designed to promote creativity and environmental responsibility in children and youth. Our mission is to inspire a new generation of leaders and innovators who are passionate about improving the planet.  We provide Orfe EcoArt programs in schools and different communities, for children and youth to learn through experience, experimental art techniques, and a hands-on approach.

Our vision is to improve our culture by building a more compassionate world, where children with their creativity, uniqueness and environmental consciousness are inspired to be leaders that can transform our world into a better place to live.

Since 2014, the Orfe program has been running in-person in several Catholic and Public schools in Toronto. We aim to expand this program with the help of our Orfe online platform to promote the growth of eco-friendly art and environmental awareness not only in schools and communities in Toronto but across Canada.

Our talented team is passionate about learning, growth, creativity, and collaboration. We constantly strive to improve ourselves to have the best teamwork to provide the best for children. If you want to help to mitigate climate change and want to bring environmental consciousness to many families around the world through your creative classes, the Orfe online platform is the right place to do it.

For our online platform, we are looking for creative and energetic art instructors who enjoy helping children explore their most weird, unique, and wonderful ideas.

Orfe Online platform will support art educators from different artistic disciplines (professional artists and talented creators) who are willing to align their classes with the Orfe Environmental Guidelines. Art educators will be guided on how to instruct children between 1 to 18 years old on their artistic/creative specialty. The classes will be provided through ZOOM and/or prerecorded.

Instructors will develop curriculum for the Orfe online platform as one-off classes or-a sequence of classes, to be determined depending on their schedule.

Parents, school boards, and other youth-oriented organizations purchase classes from Orfe Eco-Art. The recommended rate for each student is between $20 and $35 CAD/class hour.

Art instructors start as volunteers and are paid 60% to 70% of the fee registration depending on their experience once classes are purchased. For example, if the total payment for a class is $250 CAD, the instructor will receive $175 CAD for that one-hour class via a PayPal account.
