Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to work alongside the Executive Director on the day-to-day Artist Management, A&R, and Talent Booking. Ideally, this individual will have experience in working with artists and talent booking in the music or entertainment space, plus have experience with event production, marketing, and client management.
This role requires exceptional attention to detail, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and most importantly, the ability to prioritize and multi-task under pressure in a fast-paced environment. It is essential that the candidate possess a high degree of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with the Manager's business. We are seeking someone who is always ''one step ahead'' and can handle a full slate of projects and always maintain organization. Ideal candidates must demonstrate good common sense and forethought, be reliable, trustworthy and understand the nature of the odd hours of the business.
This is a major opportunity to grow in Artist Management, Booking Agent, and Technical Production.
Responsibilities:
  • Artist Roster management of current artist list updating and maintaining our artist database.
  • Advance shows directly with the Artists and Siegel Agents
  • Work with the Talent Booking team and the talent booking process.
  • Lead the A&R with the assistance of sourcing new talent
  • Oversee Talent Relationships and day-to-day care
  • Talent tour management includes promo schedules, travel bookings, hotel bookings, hospitality advance, show settlement, visa applications, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Understand the technical requirements of artists to ensure flawless performances. Flag and troubleshoot any foreseeable issues that may arise prior to the event. Deal with issues if they arise at the time of the performance.
  • Manage Siegel Entertainment Social Media Accounts. Uploading images and videos of performances and creating social buzz.
  • Ensure current press packages for all artists, circulate to client marketing
  • Manage email blast campaigns
  • Act as key point of contact for all third parties, filtering information as needed to the artist manager and often acting as a central point for third parties to communicate/exchange information.
  • Efficient daily communication and information flow with artist always ensuring confidentiality and discretion
  • Coordinate manager’s and artists’ daily workflow
  • Book travel, accommodations, and car rentals, for staff and talent
  • Manage assigned key clients
  • Intake new clients and projects to manage and build relationships
  • Other activities include show advancing, digital marketing, social media management


Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Must be available at unusual hours relating the performances, proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and resourceful
  • Able to keep track of many ongoing projects with strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks with strict deadlines
Job requirements:
  • Irregular hours, weekends and evenings
  • Attending networking and A&R events
  • Familiarity with social media usage not limited to but including Instagram, Twitter, Facebook, TikTok, Spotify, etc.
  • Familiarity, or willingness to learn and champion, with artist booking and management software including: MasterTour, Overture, Pipedrive
  • Strong proficiency in Google docs, Excel, Canva, Adobe Creative Suites, Acrobat Reader
  • Excellent written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills
