Walter Alza Acting Studio  has been crafting Actors for over a decade now. Our goal: to help actors become Crafted and to book more gigs. Our award-winning faculty has over 50 years of combined experience on film, television and theatre.

Job Description

We're on the lookout for an passionate team player that has love for film and tv, and is looking to join the dynamic team of Alza Acting Studios.  Successful candidates must be reliable, hard working individuals.  Candidate should be motivated, extremely detail oriented, with superior organizational and communication skills.   This position requires the ability to shift priorities quickly in response to changing circumstances, remaining flexible, calm and focused while multi-tasking. A plus for those with previous customer service and sells experience. We provide a friendly, casual environment. Must work well alone and with others.

You will be working approximately 15 to 20 hours Total on Saturdays, Mondays and one more day during the week. Saturdays 10am to 6pm (off every 5th Saturday).  Room to Grow.  This is a sub contract position.  We are looking for someone for the long run. 

Requirements:

Must have a vast knowledge of movies and or scripts.  Previous Administration work and Mac knowledge a plus.

Residing in downtown Toronto a huge plus.  Must be able to work well with others and on your own.

TASKS:  
Specific responsibilities will include:
-Searching online for scenes and assigning them to the students
- Answer inquiries from consumers
- Assist with special projects as needed (sending newsletters ect)
- Processing Registrations & Payments
-General Studio help, filing, etc 
-Some small web updates 
-Open and closing the studios 
- Incoming/Outgoing Phone Calls & Emailing
-Putting actors on tape when required
