Job Description
Galerie de Bellefeuille (Toronto) is seeking to fill a full-time position in its Shipping & Handling department.
Responsibilities:
-Maintain inventory.
-Prepare and install group and solo exhibitions.
-Handle packing, unpacking and inspection of all artworks entering & leaving gallery.
-Prepare shipping documents.
-Schedule local and international deliveries.
-Prepare orders for framing and packing materials.
-Maintain stationery and office supplies inventory.
-Maintain gallery and storage spaces.
-Assist the Operations' Manager with day-to-day administrative duties (answering phone, mailing etc.)
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Excellent interpersonal, administrative and organizational skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Physically able for the handling and installation of artworks
Valid driver's license
Knowledge of Art Logic software is an asset
