The San Francisco Symphony is one of the most respected musical institutions in North America that sets the highest possible standard of excellence in musical performance. Founded in 1911, the Symphony’s century-long legacy has won them 15 Grammy awards in the last two decades. The SFS is a unique charity that provides free music education to every single child in public elementary school in San Francisco, as well as coaching and mentoring to middle school and high school students, and a high-calibre youth orchestra program, completely free of charge.
We’re looking for bright and enthusiastic representatives to join our team in Toronto!
Requirements:
What we are looking for:
Individuals who are enthusiastic about music, non-profits, or cultural institutions
Individuals with strong communication skills
Individuals who are comfortable talking to patrons
Goal-oriented team players
Previous involvement in sales and customer service are assets but not a requirement, as training is fully provided
Additional Info:
What you get:
Part-time hours: 2-6pm on Mondays to Thursdays, and 3-7pm on Sundays, for a total of 20 hours/week
Base wage PLUS more based on funds raised
