Job Description

Peermusic is looking for a part-time Creative Coordinator based in Toronto. Responsibilities would include:
  • Assisting in compiling playlist, audio (instrumentals), copyright info for pitches
  • Event coordination
  • International sync call coordination and minutes
  • Newsletter copy
  • Splits/song upload/tagging
  • Social media coordination, plan and execution
  • Upload audio and inputting quotes into IRIS
  • Audio management in Disco
  • Retrieve audio assets for peer synch masters
  • Retrieving instrumentals/acapellas/ stems, etc
  • Retrieving/uploading videos of synchs into synch database/one drive
  • Sync rep – schedule A/audio maintenance/8th notes
  • Sync database – contacts
  • Assist in license coordination and follow up
  • Tagging/audio uploading to Syncsite
  • Website maintenance for Syncsite and
  • News, banners, playlists, featured section, audio maintenance



  • The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, fast learner, have great organizational skills and have sound judgement
  • Strong written and verbal communications
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
