Job Description

We are looking for an experienced FRONT-DESK COORDINATOR. This is a permanent, part-time opportunity with the possibility of growth within the organization. The qualified candidate will provide excellent customer and reception services and will be responsible for general administrative duties. The right candidate will also get involved with the organization's marketing strategies and social media.


• Approximately two years of general office experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• Ability to display a friendly but professional degree of communication in person, via email and phone
• Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks; flexibility to change focus quickly as demands change
• Experience in coordinating an organizational Facebook page
