Job Description

Gow Hastings Architects has an immediate opening for a Finance and Operations Manager at our Toronto-based, award-winning architecture and interior design studio.

We’re on the lookout for an enthusiastic design focused person who can independently manage a variety of administrative priorities of an architecture studio.

Duties include:
  • Bookkeeping
  • Invoicing for both professional services and disbursements
  • Consultant payments
  • Payroll
  • Collections
  • Production of financial statements and sales reports
  • Government remittances
  • Benefit plan administration
  • Project scheduling and tracking
  • Office supplies
  • Fee proposal coordination


Requirements:

Qualifications include:
  • Office management experience in an architecture or interior design studio, or engineering firm
  • Deltek working experience required
