Job Description

Starvox Entertainment is currently seeking the talents of a Group Sales + Special Packages Coordinator to join our ever-growing ticketing department. The Group Sales and Special Packages Coordinator will assist with promoting, selling, and coordinating group sales and date night packages for patrons across several North American markets. The Group Sales and Special Packages Coordinator will support the Ticketing Department in the smooth and efficient running of the ticket sales operations at Starvox Entertainment.


Successfully manage key external relationships including but not limited to group and school bookers

Research, identify, and develop new group bookers and establish a relationship with them

Promote and grow the sale of tickets, secondary spends and promotions

Focus on maximizing groups and school bookings

Organize all elements of the “Date Night” packages in each market as needed, communicating details with Venue Management

Adhere to all systems and procedures relating to the Ticketing Department

Assist in creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and visiting companies

Ensure monies receive from paying customers are collected and receipted in line with policies

Other duties as assigned by Management



Strong customer service focus and genuine desire to deliver excellent experience

Experienced in conducting successful outgoing telephone campaigns

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to work calmly and adapt under pressure

Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook

Demonstrated ability to sell and be persuasive with clients

Interest in arts is a bonus!
