Job Description

Pinnguaq is hiring an Office Administrator to support our office in Lindsay Ontario. We’re looking for someone who is a master multi-tasker, willing to learn and take on tasks as they come and provide company-wide administrative support. Candidates should be able to manage administrative tasks as assigned amongst departments. This is an entry-level position with room to grow.



Responsibilities include a wide variety of administrative tasks including but not limited to

  • Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.
  • Light office cleaning
  • Downloading software for computers we use in workshops
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed
  • Assess new inventory to ensure it is ready for shipping or delivery
  • Prepare and package computers for program delivery.
  • Handle product management and distribution



  • High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset
  • Familiarity with administrative duties
  • Experience with MS Office and data programs
  • Data Entry
  • Comfort with Google Suites (or willing to learn)
  • Comfort organizing logistics and travel
  • Comfort working in an environment that programmes for Youth
