We’re in search of an experienced Office Manager to support our dynamic event production teams.

BaAM Productions is looking for you!  We’re a Toronto-based creative production company specializing in the development of high-profile, large-scale, live events in the sports and entertainment industries.
You’re a highly organized office administrator who thrives in fast-paced environments.  As an expert communicator, you’re able to ensure information flows efficiently among key staff.  You’re comfortable working with cross-departmental teams and can multi-task while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude. You’re driven to provide positive customer service in all of your interactions.
As Office Manager and Executive Assistant to BaAM’s Senior Management Team, you’ll be on the front lines – the first point of contact for the office and a key representative of BaAM.  You’ll be at the hub of this exciting events production company where you’ll be responsible for maintaining schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and ensuring office operations run smoothly. You’ll have your finger on the pulse of all business activity and you’ll develop a strong intuition for the resources and support required for BaAM to continue delivering world-class experiences across the globe.


  • At least 2-3 years of office administration and executive assistant experience
  • Demonstrated communication and time management skills
  • Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Project Management, Business Administration, Event Management or a related field
  • An excellent working knowledge of office software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
