Job Description

Take 5 is looking for a Postproduction Coordinator who will work with our EVP Post-production across all of our projects.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in overseeing multiple projects
  • Assist with creating Sound & Picture Deliverables documents
  • Assist Head of Post with Post Schedules and Budgets
  • Assist with post workflows w/ Post Supervisors and Producers
  • Oversee final deliverables (physical and digital) w/ Post Team
  • Assist new Take 5 Post Supervisors and Post Coordinators on Take 5 workflows and policies
  • Create and obtain approval of Episodic show credits
  • Promo + Marketing – deliverables and requests (including legacy shows) 
  • Establish and create templates, trackers, and checklists (show based)
  • Attend sound & VFX spotting’s and online reviews (when available)
  • Awards submissions & supply support material for shows (CSA, DGC, Emmy, etc)
  • Manage inventory (in house and at long term storage facility) including Masters


The Ideal Candidate:
  • Has 5 – 10 years of Episodic TV Post-production experience
  • Is familiar with post-production workflows including:
    • Knowledge of dailies and offline editing workflows
    • Knowledge of Finishing, VFX, and Sound workflows
    • Knowledge of HDR and Dolby Vision finishing
    • Knowledge of digital capture cameras and files
    • Knowledge a various delivery files and formats
  • Has strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to communicate
  • Must be very organized, detail-oriented and demonstrate flexibility to meet shifting priorities
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment towards meeting tight deadlines
  • Self motivated
