Job Description

The position
The Coordinator's main responsibility will be to coordinate the administrative operations of Global Partnerships department at Lighthouse Immersive across North America. To succeed in this position, you will have to work closely with the entire growing Global Partnerships team, be able to learn quickly, take initiative in each task, take pride in your problem-solving skills, and a great sense of humour. The successful candidate must pay close attention to detail, have superb communication skills, must be able to work as a team and independently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Maintain database of prospects and sponsors on Hubspot and TripleSeat
  • Research prospective global partners and recommend key prospects for specific opportunities and properties.
  • Develop & update proposal packages and other communications to clients.
  • Draft partnership fulfillment reports including gathering content for the reports such as statistics (event attendance, marketing examples, demographic, industry), quotes, photos, etc.
  • Support the Global Partnerships team including diary management, managing and responding to a diverse range of emails, telephone calls and assorted partnership and promotional enquiries
  • Prepare client payment reminder, as required, and liaise with Accounting Heads and Global Partnership Team to ensure timely payment and receipt.
Develop and maintain an in-depth working knowledge of Lighthouse Immersive’s signature properties


  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience in coordinating global partnerships
  • Project and time management skills and experience
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team
  • Strong software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Photoshop, Hubspot and TripleSeat
  • Interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate and interact with many people
  • Good organization and facilitation skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Problem solving and analytical skills
