- Managing people – Including motivating, training, performance reviews, all the elements which make for a workplace where people feel valued, productive and want to remain
Reviewing HR policies and practices from an inclusive perspective is a good starting strategy in order to identify both barriers and opportunities for improvement. You want to bring everything into alignment with your vision of diversity and inclusion.
