Request for Proposal: Graphic and Digital Designer

Description

The FirstOntario Performing Arts Centre (PAC) is requesting proposals for a Graphic and Digital
Designer from a firm or individual to manage graphic and digital design needs for an 11-month
contract, with potential for renewal. The role will require approximately 15-20 hours per week, with
increased time required around specific season projects. Graphic and digital design will support
projects such as season and program brochures, event-specific design assets, short promotional
videos, magazines, posters, advertising, presentations and reports to support the 70+ live event season
program, the 400+ annual film screening program, the PAC’s rental program, external communications,
and fund development initiatives.

The selected Graphic and Digital Designer will support the development and enhancement of the visual
representation of the FirstOntario PAC and support its diverse programs and initiatives.
Interested parties are encouraged to submit proposals by the specified deadline. Following a successful
RFP, the incumbent will work with the FirstOntario PAC for an 11-month contract (Feb – Dec 2026).
