We are looking for an organized, driven and energetic Administrative Coordinator to join our team.

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Coordinator to be the heart of our day-to-day operations. You’ll communicate with students, parents, faculty, and staff, manage schedules and keep meticulous records, and help keep the activities at Goh Ballet Vancouver running smoothly. This is a fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to stay organized, poised and composed under pressure. More than a generic office position, our Administrative Coordinator is the administrative ambassador of Goh Ballet to its community, communicating effectively to all internal and external stakeholders.
