Official Community is a full-service, multi-disciplinary, brand management agency. We are a global team of music lovers who create engaging, profitable, and memorable online experiences for fans and artists. We conduct business development as brand managers through the official online presence of the artist. By working closely with artist management, we aggregate and serve the fans as customers on behalf of, and in the name of, the artist.
About the Role
Reporting to the Director, Ticketing Operations, the Ticketing Coordinator plays a vital support role to the Ticketing Operations department. By serving as a process-driven coordinator and strong communicator, you will help ensure the successful execution of the various Presale Ticketing and VIP Experience programs. This is a temporary contract position (full-time hours during contract) to cover a medical leave with the possibility to turn into a permanent position after three months.
Responsibilities
Focused on the coordination of two key areas, you will assist with internal project management of all department programs. Specific duties include, but are not limited to:
Customer Service
- respond to customer email and phone inquiries according to department policies and quotas
- facilitate customer order requests
- ensure customers receive order information/changes
- troubleshoot order/customer issues and concerns
- process orders
Admin
- data entry / database maintenance
- create support documents for various projects
- email marketing
- mail orders
- support department projects/day-to-day needs

Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications and Experience:
Our Ideal Candidate
- two (2) years of work experience in a customer service, project coordinator or admin assistant role
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- a service orientation with a genuine desire and commitment to help colleagues and customers
- detail oriented and high levels of accuracy
- proficient in Microsoft Office and managing datasets
- knowledge of TM Host systems, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft 365 a plus
- knowledge of the music industry/venue layouts a plus
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
Special Conditions of Employment The role is primarily desk-based and requires an ability to work on a computer and over the phone. The role requires strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy. This role is structured on working five days out of seven days. On occasion, flexibility is required for some evening and weekend work to deliver programs in other time zones.
