Position: Box Office RepresentativesSeasonal Positions: Full-time (35 hrs/wk) April–October 2025, followed by part-time (15–25 hrs/wk) October–December 21, 2025. Must be available to work days, evenings and weekends.

Hourly Rate: $20.93 /hr as per collective agreement

The Shaw Festival is a large, not-for-profit theater company dedicated to providing high-quality productions to our audience. We are looking for friendly and customer-focused Box Office Representatives to join our team. As a Box Office Representative, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our patrons and supporting the operations of our box office.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide friendly and professional customer service both over the phone and in person.
• Process ticket sales, exchanges, and refunds in a timely and efficient manner.
• Assist patrons with bookings, show schedules, and general information.
• Promote upcoming performances, special events, and membership programs.
• Contribute to creating a positive and welcoming environment.
• Handle cash, credit card transactions, and tickets accurately.
