Description

The Digital Engagement Coordinator role is a full-time permanent position reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications. As a key member of the Marketing and Communications team, you will be instrumental in enhancing Soulpepper’s brand presence, driving sales, and expanding our audience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Digital Campaign Execution: Assist in the implementation of digital marketing strategies that drives audience engagement. This includes managing social media content, email campaigns, and promotional initiatives.
  • Content Creation: Curate and create engaging content for various digital platforms, ensuring it aligns with Soulpepper’s brand voice and artistic vision. Collaborate with the artistic team to produce visually appealing and compelling content for sales newsletters, social media channels, and website.
  • Social Media and Web Management: Maintain an active and engaging social media presence, schedule posts, and update the website content to keep it fresh and up to date.
  • Audience Development: Support initiatives to expand our audience through targeted digital outreach and community engagement efforts.
  • Performance Analysis: Track the performance of digital initiatives using analytics tools and contribute to reports that help shape future marketing efforts.
  • Administrative Support: Support the ongoing operations of the Marketing & Communications team.
