Full-Time Permanent

We are currently looking for an Enrolment Associate to join our Admissions Team. The Enrolment Associate works collaboratively to attract, interview, select, and onboard prospective students for the Boarding programs and the Junior, Middle and Senior School grades. The Enrolment Associate will build relationships and provide personalized customer service for prospective families through the student enrolment process. Collaboratively working with the team, this role will identify students that will excel in our school environment while meeting our admissions criteria, to ensure that admission levels are at capacity.  

What You’ll Do:

  • Interviews students and their families across the Boarding Program, Junior, Middle and Senior School
  • Collects and analyzes data throughout the recruiting cycle in order to build and maintain a strong applicant pipeline
  • In collaboration with the Enrolment Team, develops and implements effective (in person and virtual) Open Houses, Information sessions, and Student Transition Days for newly enrolled, prospective applicants and families
  • Develops and maintains relationships with internal and external partners and feeder schools to support brand awareness and enrolment
  • Promotes enrolment opportunities and programs to professional organizations and consultants
  • Works with members of the Enrolment Team to provide input into the development of recruiting print material and digital communications outreach
  • Travel to support our Boarding recruitment program may be required
  • Evening/weekend work including supporting the school at regional, national and international education and outreach events may be required

Who You Are:

  • Enrolment experience and/or related experience within an independent school or post-secondary school setting preferred
  • Data analysis skills, including an ability to recognize and strategically analyze internal and external market trends affecting student recruiting
  • Ability to take individual initiative and work collaboratively within a team approach and across school divisions
  • Technological expertise with an emphasis on the Blackbaud system and Google Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Additional language is a definite asset – Mandarin, Spanish, French, etc.
  • Proven ability to develop strong professional relationships with applicants and families
