Description
STUDIO ASSISTANT & CONTENT COORDINATOR
The Lane School of Music is hiring an organized and enthusiastic STUDIO ASSISTANT – COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR to join our team at our Danforth location.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Provide support to current and prospective students, both on site and via email.
- Provide support to teachers and staff, both on-site and via email
- General on-site maintenance of LSM premises.
- Communicate with LSM’s administrative team using the Asana platform.
- Prepare, post and engage with LSM’s online and social media presence.
- Prepare and assist with LSM’s email marketing campaigns.
- Actively participate in all applicable meetings.
- Plan and coordinate events, including but not limited to student recitals and community outreach appearances
- Other duties as assigned
Required hours of work:
- Mondays: 2:30pm- 9:00pm
- Tuesdays: 3:00pm- 9:15pm
- Wednesdays: 3:00pm-9:00pm
- Thursdays: 3:00pm-9:00pm
- Fridays: 3:00pm-7:30pm
- Availability for our Spring Recitals, all-day on June 7 & 8

Qualifications and Experience
Required Qualifications and Experience:
The right candidate will be:
- Well-versed in Google Workspace programs (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of Instagram and Facebook platforms
- Familiar with Canva design tool and Active Campaign platform
- Organized, efficient, and responsible
- Have a general knowledge of music school operations
- First Aid training is an asset
