Open Call for Board Members

The Magenta Foundation (Magenta) is seeking dedicated and engaging Board members to serve a three-year term (renewable) starting in January 2025.

The Board plays a critical role in shaping the future strategic direction of Magenta. They work closely with the Founder & President to ensure that programming and operations align with the foundation’s mandate and long-term goals. Currently, the foundation is engaged in several long-term projects, with a larger vision for the next decade.

This volunteer position will work within a collaborative environment with other Board members, committee members, and Magenta. We want to hear from enthusiastic, thought-provoking, and dedicated individuals who are committed to sharing their knowledge and resources by actively contributing to our mission to engage, inspire, and educate. While all members of the community are encouraged to apply, we are particularly interested in candidates who can bring specific expertise or have a background and experience in one or more of the following key areas: fundraising, donor relations, governance, non-profits, financial planning, marketing, legal expertise and strategic business operations.

The Board at Magenta have been pivotal players in the success of the organization. At present, we are working on two long term projects that will shape the trajectory of the foundation for the next decade.We are proud to work alongside like minded individuals that want to see a thriving arts community make way for the future.
