Work in Culture

Not just a job board!

Description

By popular demand, our very own people’s people are back, but this time specifically to answer your questions! You asked and we heard you! We’re following our previous webinar on Navigating the Job Application Process in the Arts with a special Question and Answer space on September 19 at 2 pm to answer your queries about the job application journey in the arts and culture sector.

Work in Culture’s Board Chair Mike Rudolph, CHRP, ACC (Director, Human Resources and Operations at Shaftesbury) and Secretary Stef Rigada, CHRP (People Business Partner at HarperCollins Canada and Harlequin) will answer questions that have been sent by you and other registrants through an interactive discussion. Please not that this space is not a legal or therapy clinic, this conversation will be facilitated by experienced cultural sector leaders who will help you gain insights and strategies for navigating the job application process in the Arts. We encourage registrants to submit your questions while registering for this workshop so that our facilitators can be better prepared with accurate information for you.

If you are a student, an immigrant, or someone who is new to the sector, we hope this conversation will help you understand the arts workforce better.
