About the presenters:
Mike Rudolph is an HR professional who specializes in full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compensation design. He has worked for several organizations including the Toronto International Film Festival and MaRS Discovery District and is currently the Director of Human Resources and Operations at Shaftesbury and the Chair of the Work in Culture Board.
Estefania (Stef) Rigada is the People Business Partner at HarperCollins Canada and Harlequin where she is responsible for a wide range of HR accountabilities, including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, performance management, culture and engagement, diversity, and special projects. Previously, she was an HR Business Partner at the Toronto International Film Festival and supported HR initiatives at Cineflix, and is currently Secretary of the Work in Culture Board. She also currently teaches HR at Sheridan College and Humber College.
