The Catalytic Effect: Stories of the Catalyst and Transformation Fund

The Catalyst and Transformation (CAT) Fund is a capacity-building program for creative sector organizations seeking support for substantive restructuring, mergers, structured partnerships, hibernations, and wind-downs.

In this series of video case studies, six participants from the program share their experience and insights into navigating change with the support of the CAT Fund.

“Change is hard, and it takes a lot of work, and it can feel very heavy. And yet you do see these really wonderful glimpses of success and greatness that keep you going.”

CAT Fund participant Wendy Rading, Arts Etobicoke

This video case study series was produced by BLVE Consults.

The CAT Fund is made possible through the support of the City of Toronto, the Metcalf Foundation, the Canada Council for the Arts, and the Ontario Arts Council. It is administered by Work in Culture.
