Reports to: Manager, Program Administration
Compensation: $40,000 per year
Hours of Work:
Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday as determined by the Programs Department Schedule (34 hours per week with flexible start times). Applicants must be available to work onsite as needed.
Location: Canadian Film Centre, 2489 Bayview Avenue.

Job Summary:
The Programs Coordinator is a key member of the Programs team and works closely with the Programming team to support the day-to-day delivery of the CFC’s core programs.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the recruitment, application, and selection processes for core programs.
- Contribute to the program implementation process.
- Develop and facilitate Mentor/Guest relationships.
- Coordinate Programs daily schedules and act as the key liaison for all Residents.
- Act as liaison for key program-related industry events & CFC Showcases.
- Coordinate miscellaneous administrative responsibilities for the Programs department.
Requirements:
- Ability to work as an effective member of a team.
- Ability to multi-task with accuracy and manage time within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to organize, follow up, plan, prioritize and problem-solve.
- Computer savvy.
Assets:
- Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Word and Excel, Outlook, hosting Zoom meetings, Salesforce, Form Assembly, PayPal.
- Interested in working in arts and culture.
